Anthony Joshua destroyed Francis Ngannou in the second round.
Anthony Joshua recorded the easiest victory of his career. The British boxing star shared the ring with Cameroonian Francis Ngannou. The two boxers headlined the boxing gala in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The former world champion didn't give Ngannou any chances and knocked him down in the first round. A second knockdown followed in the second round, after which Francis stood up and continued. It was a mistake because seconds later Joshua knocked him out brutally. This is the 4th win in a row for Joshua, who now has a record of 28-3 in boxing. It was his 25th knockout win. Speaking about Ngannou, this is his loss for the second time in the ring and now has a 0-2 record in boxing. Ngannou lost by knockout for the first time in his professional career. That loss will certainly drop his boxing stock, but it will net him $20 million. Joshua will earn over $50 million. Quite expectedly, Eddie Hearn threatened that Antony would fight Tyson Fury and beat him.
